Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Transfer to Kampala or Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional safari guide. After a short briefing about your safari, transfer to your accommodation where you can relax after your international flight. Depending on your arrival time, you may visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, Entebbe Botanical Gardens, or enjoy a sunset walk along the shores of Lake Victoria. Accommodation: Silver Back Guest House, Meals: Dinner (depending on arrival time)

Day 2: Entebbe/Kampala – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls National Park
After an early breakfast, begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot. This is Uganda's only wild rhino sanctuary and completes the opportunity to see the Big Five during your safari. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park and visit the spectacular Top of the Falls, where the River Nile squeezes through a narrow 7-metre gorge before plunging into the Devil's Cauldron. Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Victoria Nile Boat Cruise
Rise early for a morning game drive across the Buligi Wildlife Tracks, one of Uganda's richest wildlife viewing areas. Look out for: Lions, Elephants, Rothschild's Giraffes, Buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, Hartebeests, Oribis, Hyenas, Leopards (occasionally) After lunch, enjoy a memorable boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. Wildlife commonly seen includes hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, monitor lizards, African fish eagles, and numerous water birds. Return to the lodge for dinner. Day 4: Murchison Falls – Kibale National Park
After breakfast, depart for Kibale National Park through scenic countryside, tea plantations, villages, and the Albertine Rift Valley. Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking – Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary
Following an early breakfast, head to the Kanyanchu Visitor Centre for a briefing before your chimpanzee tracking adventure. Kibale National Park is home to over 1,500 chimpanzees and 13 primate species. Besides chimpanzees, you may also encounter: Red-tailed Monkeys, Black-and-white Colobus Monkeys, Grey-cheeked Mangabeys, L'Hoest's Monkeys, Blue Monkeys After lunch, enjoy a guided walk through the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, renowned for birdlife, butterflies, and community tourism. Day 6: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, searching for elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, and numerous bird species. Day 7: Ishasha Sector – Tree-Climbing Lions
Today's highlight is exploring the famous Ishasha Sector, renowned for its rare tree-climbing lions. Spend the day searching for these unique predators resting in fig trees while also spotting: Elephants, Buffaloes, Topis, Uganda Kobs, Hyenas, Leopards (occasionally) Enjoy incredible wildlife photography before returning to the lodge. Day 8: Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Today is the highlight of your Uganda safari. After breakfast, report to the Uganda Wildlife Authority headquarters for a briefing before beginning your gorilla trek. Accompanied by experienced ranger guides, hike through the rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Once located, spend one unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat. After receiving your Gorilla Trekking Certificate, return to the lodge. Day 10: Bwindi – Lake Mburo National Park

Day 11: Walking Safari & Boat Cruise
Begin the morning with a guided walking safari accompanied by an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger. Walking among zebras, giraffes, impalas, and elands offers a completely different safari experience. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Mburo where you'll encounter hippos, crocodiles, African fish eagles, kingfishers, and numerous water birds. Day 12: Lake Mburo – Uganda Equator – Entebbe/Kampala
After breakfast, depart for Kampala or Entebbe. Stop once again at the Uganda Equator for souvenir shopping, photography, and lunch before continuing to Entebbe International Airport or your hotel. This marks the end of your unforgettable 12-day Uganda safari. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
